A Moment in Time by Tina Hois

Wow!  Tina Hois is sharing her stunningly beautiful art journal page with us today:

She was inspired by one of the images printed on Deli Paper in the All Dressed Up pack.  Tina says “this image spoke to me and I decided that it definitely needed a feature in my journal!”

Here’s how she created her gorgeous page:

• I made my background using old book pages layered with gesso and acrylic paint.
• I cut out and adhered the image (printed on Deli Paper) to my page.
• I fussy cut the flowers from Shana Bebeklis’ Full Deck Artist Series pack, and glued them, overlapping the image.
• I adhered a part of the tissue paper “scribbles” from Shana Bebeklis’s Happy Scraps Artist Series pack.
• To add interest, I created shapes and glued them to my page to draw the eye to the sweet couple in the photo.
• The final layers are marks with acrylic paint, colored pencils, and stitching (cross-stitches.)
