Artist Series, Full Deck, Happy Scraps
Be Curious by Paula Perry
Hi! It’s Paula Perry and I’m sharing an art journal page that I made using Shana Bebeklis’ Artist Series packs.
Here’s how I made my project:
- I started by painting a rainbow on a page of my Kraft journal.
- I collaged a layer of tissue paper from the Full Deck pack over my painted rainbow.
- Next I cut out a figure using cardstock from Shana’s Happy Scraps pack:
- I die cut hearts and stars, from the same cardstock and glued them onto my page.
- I added a second figure that I cut out of tracing paper because I did not want to cover up my rainbow completely!
- I fussy cut the flower and bird (also from Shana’s Happy Scraps pack) and adhered them to my page.
- I added my title, “Be Curious” which is from the same pack.
- Finally, to finish, I added a sprinkling of green gloss spray!
