Rachel Lowe shows us how we can use ArtStacks’ new Artist Series releases to make stunning art journal projects! She has made an absolutely beautiful double-page mini-album (with tags), featuring Claire Stead’s Colourful Zine Kit and Colourful World packs:
Rachel used images from the Colourful Zine Kit, including patterns on transparency, to make her front and back cover. She ingeniously added texture and beauty by stitching her album together.
For the inside, she used images from Claire’s Colourful World pack and sewed them onto a black background:
Then she used tags included in the Colourful Zine Kit and decorated them with words, vintage pictures, and tissue paper backgrounds from the same kit, and placed them in the pockets:
Rachel finished her pages by adding ribbon and fasteners. So easy yet so effective!
