Be Strong by Paula Perry

Hi, it’s Paula Perry here! I’ve had so much fun creating this bright art journal page using a mix of ArtStacks packs.

I started with a kraft page and applied paint through a stencil. I added the sheet music tissue paper from Shana Bebeklis’ Full Deck pack, then I added the black and white piece, which I had previously cut circles from. This came from Lorraine Haight Moraine’s BackStacks pack. I love cutting circles from paper and will keep pieces for future use.

Next I added the rainbow from Lisa Oxley’s Bright & Bold pack. Before added my figures, I splattered some yellow gloss spray…just for a hint of more colour. Then I added the figure of the girl from Lorraine Haight Moraine’s Altered Ancestors after adding some wings from the Wings & Things pack. (I know, the wings are upside-down, but aren’t they cool wings? 😂) The figure of the gentleman plus the title, are from the All Dressed Up pack.
