Embellishment Envelope by Rachel Lowe
Welcome back! Rachel is with us today and she’s made a unique and amazing papercrafting piece for you – it’s an envelope for holding embellishments! This envelope can be added to a journal or junk journal. Rachel used papers from both of Shana Bebeklis’ packs to make this – Full Deck and Happy Scraps
The envelope was cut from a page in Shana’s (#shanoukiart’s) Full Deck pack. Rachel stitched around the edges for strength and emphasis and added a birdcage printed on dictionary paper from the same pack.
Inside the envelope, Rachel stores some gorgeous embellishments she made, again using both of Shana’s packs.
The Full Deck pack comes complete with distressed playing cards so Rachel used one as the base for her own altered card.
