Doors & Windows 2, Fabulous Faces, New Releases, Weathered Walls

Claire amazes us again today with her beautiful two page art journal spread that she made using our Doors & Windows 2, Weathered Walls, and Fabulous Faces packs:
Claire tells us how made her gorgeous project:
- I started by adhering brick tissue paper (from the Weathered Walls pack) to my background paper.
- Next, I cut one of my favorite windows (from the Doors & Windows 2 pack) in half and added it across the center of the two pages.
- I made my own shutters by cutting one of the printed backgrounds (from the Weathered Walls pack) in half, cutting them to size, and adhering them on either side of the window.
- I created a fastener by punching a hole in the center of both shutters and used a brad and a piece of twine.
- I added the topiary bushes (from the Doors & Windows 2 pack) on either side of the window.
- I cut one of the transparency windows (from the Doors & Windows 2 pack) into two pieces and adhered it on top of the window.
- I decided to add some color by taking pieces blank transparency, painting flowers and leaves on them, and adhering them to the top of each page.
- I picked a perfect quote (from the Doors & Windows 2 pack) and added it to my page.
- Finally, I topped everything off with some beautiful butterflies from the Fabulous Faces pack!
