Paper Dolls by Heather McMahon

Hi, it’s Heather here and I’ve been having a blast playing with Tracy Verdugo’s new papers! I was inspired to make these dolls by the gorgeous colours in the “Under the Sea” pack. I love these!

I made these using Tracy’s digital files, but it’s easy to make them with the printed papers too. I took three of Tracy’s sketchy faces and coloured them in. If you’re using the tissue paper version, just adhere the tissue to cardstock and cut the faces out.

For the bodies I cut random body shapes from two of the Under the Sea papers. I then added words, a heart and a rainbow from the Love Lives Here pack.

Dolls are fun to make in their own right. You can add all sorts of things like I have here to make them individual and expressive. You can also use them in your art journaling. I used one of the dolls to make this.

Apart from the stitching, everything on the dolls and the art journal page is from Tracy’s packs!

The packs I used are:

Tracy Verdugo Love Lives Here

Tracy Verdugo Under the Sea

Thanks for popping in!
Heather
