Tracy is back again today with another gorgeous bird card using Lisa Oxley’s digital stacks!
Tracy says:
This is a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 Card.
- I printed Page 6 of Lisa Oxley’s Floral Fetish stack on glossy cardstock and trimmed it to 5 x 5 inches.
- I splattered some color onto the background and used stamps to create the grunge effect.
- I cut out 3 nested hexagons from Page 1 of Lisa’s Bright & Bold stack then drew black lines around them as well as around the edge of the card base then glued them down to the card.
- I raised the inner parts of the hexagons with foam tape and filled the empty hexagons with coordinating colors.
- I cut out some plain white cardstock to 5 1/4 x 5 1/4, painted the edges and glued it all down to a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 black card base. The base had a bit of an overhang, so I trimmed it down and used the trimmings as the weird, random bird feather. The bird is a die cut from my stash.
- I added the title from Page 5 of the Floral Fetish stack and I was done!.
