Trees Give Peace by Paula Perry

Hello – it’s Paula here today.

Have you seen the gorgeous new release Trees & Leaves stack? It’s so pretty. I had a lot of fun combining the images from this pack with some of the Artist Series range.

Here I’ve created in my 6×6 Kraft art journal, cutting out a window or cross shape. I had a huge session of cutting out loads of crosses, after seeing some brilliant creations online by Michelle Logan. The cross window gives you a sneak of more ArtStacks pages using the unique Altered Ancestors stack from Lorraine Haight Moraine.

On this page I die-cut a piece of the cardstock from Lorraine Haight Moraine’s BackStack to create a doily and I hand cut circles using the ‘Parchment Effect Paper’ from the same stack. I added some stencilling before adding an ‘Altered Ancestor’. I then added some of the new gingko leaves and a title, all from the new Trees & Leaves stack.
